Take your tastebuds on a trip to Asia this Wednesday at Shepparton Club with two delicious specials crafted from fresh ingredients and bold Asian flavours. Whether you’re a regular at the bistro or looking for a great mid-week dining experience, these dishes are well worth booking a table for.

This Week’s Featured Dishes

First up is the Mee Goreng – Indonesian wok-fried yellow noodles with chicken, shrimp, vegetables, kecap manis and a sunny-side-up egg. It’s a classic street food favourite packed with smoky, sweet and savoury flavours that will transport you straight to Southeast Asia.

The second option is Chinese Ginger Scallion Chicken – wok-tossed chicken breast with vegetables, ginger and scallion in a light soy, oyster and sesame sauce, served with steamed rice and prawn crackers. It’s a beautifully balanced dish with fragrant aromatics and satisfying textures.

Pricing and Bookings
