Asian-Inspired Bistro Special This Wednesday

Shepparton Club Bistro is bringing the flavours of Asia to your plate this Wednesday, 21 October with a special Taste of Asia menu. Choose from two delicious mains, each crafted with bold, authentic flavours that are sure to hit the spot.

The Menu

First up is the Satay Beef Stirfry with Noodles – tender marinated beef stir fried with mixed vegetables and yellow noodles in a rich, savoury peanut sauce, served with prawn crackers. It’s a hearty, flavour-packed dish that showcases classic Southeast Asian cooking at its best.

If you’re after something a little different, the Char Siu Chicken is a standout choice. A Chinese BBQ grilled chicken thigh, marinated and glazed with a sweet and savoury honey char siu sauce, served alongside egg fried rice and prawn crackers. The glaze gives it that beautiful caramelised finish you’d expect from a great char siu dish.
